DR. RALPH S. CUNNINGHAM
Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Cunningham was elected a Director, the President and Chief Executive Officer of EPE Holdings, LLC in August 2007.  He served as a Director of Enterprise Products GP, LLC (“EPGP”) from February 2006 to May 2010, having previously served as a Director of EPGP from 1998 until March 2005.  In addition to these duties, Dr. Cunningham served as Group Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of EPGP from December 2005 to August 2007 and Interim President and Interim Chief Executive Officer from June 2007 to August 2007.   Dr. Cunningham served as a Director of DEP Holdings, LLC (“DEP GP”) from August 2007 to May 2010.  He served as Chairman and a Director of Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company, LLC from March 2005 until November 2005.  

Dr. Cunningham was elected a Vice Chairman of Enterprise Products Company in May 2010, having previously served as Group Vice Chairman from December 2007 to May 2010 and a Director of Enterprise Products Company from 1987 to 1997.  He serves as a Director of Tetra Technologies, Inc., LE GP, LLC (the general partner of Energy Transfer Equity, L.P.) and Agrium, Inc.  In addition, Dr. Cunningham serves as a Director and the Chairman of the Safety, Health and Responsibility Committee of Cenovus Energy Inc.  Dr. Cunningham retired in 1997 from CITGO Petroleum Corporation, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 1995.

RICHARD H. BACHMANN
Director and Executive Vice President

Mr. Bachmann was elected as an Executive Vice President of EPE Holdings, LLC in April 2005 and as a Director in February 2006.  He served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary from April 2005 to May 2010.  Mr. Bachmann was elected an Executive Vice President and the Chief Legal Officer of Enterprise Products GP, LLC (“EPGP”) in February 1999 and as Secretary in November 1999.  He served as a Director of EPGP from February 2006 to May 2010, having previously served as a Director from June 2000 to January 2004.  

Mr. Bachmann was elected President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer of Enterprise Products Company in May 2010 and since January 1999 has served as a Director.  He served as Secretary of Enterprise Products Company from May 1999 to May 2010 and as a Group Vice Chairman from December 2007 to May 2010.  Mr. Bachmann served as a Director of DEP Holdings, LLC (“DEP GP”) from October 2006 to May 2010 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from October 2006 to April 2010.   In November 2006, Mr. Bachmann was appointed as an independent manager of Constellation Energy Partners LLC.  He also serves as a member of the Audit, Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees of Constellation Energy Partners LLC and as the chairman of its Conflicts Committee.

W. RANDALL FOWLER
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Fowler was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise Products GP, LLC (“EPGP”) and EPE Holdings, LLC in August 2007.  Mr. Fowler was also elected President and Chief Executive Officer of DEP Holdings, LLC (“DEP GP”) in April 2010, having previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 2007.  Mr. Fowler served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of EPGP from February 2005 to August 2007 and of DEP GP from October 2006 to August 2007.  Mr. Fowler has also served as a Director of EPGP since February 2006.  He served as a Director of EPE Holdings, LLC from February 2006 to May 2010 and as a Director of DEP GP from September 2006 to May 2010.    Mr. Fowler also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EPE Holdings, LLC from August 2005 to August 2007.

Mr. Fowler was elected Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise Products Company in May 2010, having previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer from December 2007 to May 2010 and Chief Financial Officer from April 2005 to December 2007.  Mr. Fowler, a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), joined Enterprise Products Partners as Director of Investor Relations in January 1999.  Mr. Fowler also serves as Chairman of the Board of the National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships.

WILLIAM ORDEMANN
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Ordemann was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Products GP, LLC (“EPGP”) in August 2007. He was also elected an Executive Vice President of DEP Holdings, LLC (“DEP GP”) in August 2007. He previously served as a Senior Vice President of EPGP from September 2001 to August 2007 and was a Vice President of EPGP from October 1999 to September 2001. Mr. Ordemann joined Enterprise Products Partners in connection with its purchase of certain midstream energy assets from affiliates of Shell in 1999. Prior to joining Enterprise Products Partners, he was a Vice President of Shell Midstream Enterprises, LLC from January 1997 to February 1998, and Vice President of Tejas Natural Gas Liquids, LLC from February 1998 to September 1999.

BRYAN F. BULAWA
Senior Vice President and Treasurer

Mr. Bulawa was elected Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Enterprise Products GP, LLC (“EPGP”) and EPE Holdings, LLC in October 2009, having served as Vice President and Treasurer of EPGP since July 2007. He was elected Senior Vice President, CFO and Treasurer of DEP Holdings, LLC in April 2010, having served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer since October 2009. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Bulawa spent 13 years at Scotia Capital, where he served as director of the firm’s U.S. Energy Corporation Finance and Distribution group.

STEPHANIE C. HILDEBRANDT
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Ms. Hildebrandt was elected Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Enterprise Products GP, LLC (“EPGP”) and EPE Holdings, LLC in May 2010 and was elected Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of DEP Holdings, LLC in April 2010, having previously served as Vice President and General Counsel of EPGP since October of 2009, as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of EPGP from 2006 to 2009 and as Deputy General Counsel of EPGP from 2004 to 2006. Prior to joining Enterprise, Ms. Hildebrandt practiced law for 3 years at El Paso Corporation and for 12 years at Texaco Inc. Prior to joining Texaco, Ms. Hildebrandt was an associate with an admiralty law firm in New Orleans, LA. Ms. Hildebrandt received a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service degree from Georgetown University and her law degree from Tulane Law School.

MICHAEL J. KNESEK
Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer

Mr. Knesek, a Certified Public Accountant, was elected a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Products GP, LLC (“EPGP”) in February 2005, having served as a Vice President of EPGP since August 2000. Mr. Knesek has been the Principal Accounting Officer and Controller of EPGP since August 2000, of EPE Holdings, LLC since August 2005, and of DEP Holdings, LLC (“DEP GP”) since September 2006. He has served as Senior Vice President of EPE Holdings, LLC since August 2005 and of DEP GP since September 2006. Mr. Knesek has been the Controller of Enterprise Products Company since 1990 and currently serves as one of its Senior Vice Presidents.
