Executive Management

Director, Chairman
Dan L. Duncan was elected Chairman and Director of our general partner in April 2005 and Chairman and a Director of Enterprise Products GP in April 1998. Mr. Duncan has served as Chairman of EPCO since 1979.

Director, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Ralph S. Cunningham was elected President and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1, 2007 and a director of the general partner of Enterprise GP Holdings. Dr. Cunningham previously served as chief operating officer for the general partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. as well as interim president and chief executive officer. Dr. Cunningham also served as a director of our general partner from 1998 until March 2005, and served as Chairman and a Director of the general partner of TEPPCO Partners, L.P. from March 2005 until November 2005. He retired in 1997 from CITGO Petroleum Corporation, where he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 1995. Previously, he held senior management positions at Huntsman Corporation, Texaco Chemical, Clark Oil & Refining and Tenneco and was a director of EPCO from 1987 to 1997. Additionally, he currently serves as a director of Tetra Technologies, Inc., EnCana Corporation and Agrium, Inc.

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
William (Bill) Ordemann was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective August 1, 2007. Mr. Ordemann served as a Senior Vice President since September 2001 and was previously elected Vice President in October 1999. Prior to joining Enterprise, he held numerous managerial positions in Operations, Engineering and Commercial areas for affiliates of Shell Oil Company.

Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary
Richard H. Bachmann was elected Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of our general partner in April 2005 and Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Enterprise Products GP and EPCO in January 1999. Mr. Bachmann served as a Director of Enterprise Products GP from June 2000 to January 2004.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
W. Randall (Randy) Fowler was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in August 2007 and previously served as senior vice president and chief financial officer since April 2005. He joined Enterprise Products Partners as director of investor relations in January 1999. Mr. Fowler, a certified public accountant (inactive), was elected to the positions of Treasurer and a Vice President of Enterprise Products GP and EPCO in August 2000 and Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Enterprise Products GP and EPCO in February 2005.

Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer
Michael J. Knesek was elected Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of our general partner in April 2005 and Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Enterprise Products GP and EPCO in February 2005, having served as Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer since August 2000. Since 1990, Mr. Knesek, a certified public accountant, has been the Controller and a Vice President of EPCO.
